Analysis on Risk Management for Meeting and Exhibition Activities

指出会展活动最大的特点是人流量大、人群密度高、受关注程度强。由于这些特点,安全问题一直是会展管理的重点与难点。各种突发事件、伤亡事故随时可能发生,轻者,将导致会展延期或夭折;重者,将引起不可预见的严重后果。笔者通过对会展项目风险的分析、研究,提出了会展项目风险管理的具体措施。

The most obvious features of important meeting and exhibition activities are huge number of guest - flow and high density of crowd. For this reason, safety management is always the key point to be paid attention to during these activities because various emergencies, such as casual- ty events, may take place from time to time, as a result to make the meeting and exhibition delayed or aborted, even bring about unpredictable aftereffects. The thesis raises up some measures on how to avoid such risks by analyzing the types of risks.
