摘要
公务员小区住宅为一个配套设计齐全的跨世纪、生态型智能化的住宅小区,其给排水系统及消防系统均有较高的要求。笔者以该小区为实例,介绍了设计过程中生活给排水、消防给排水以及管材选择的有关情况。
The said government -employee residential quarter is a residential quarter with characteristics of cross - century, ecological and intellectualized design in both functions and environment and supported with complete auxiliary facilities. Thereof, the requirements for water supply and drainage systems as well as for firefighting system are very high. Taking this residential quarter as an example, the writer introduces the design process and the selection of pipeline materials used in all above- mentioned systems.
