C_(60)衍生物对鼠骨肉瘤细胞生长的影响

Effects of C_(60)-lys inhibitor on proliferation of bone sarcoma cells in mice.

目的观察C60-赖氨酸在光照条件下对鼠骨肉瘤细胞LM8细胞的生长的影响。方法在鼠骨肉瘤细胞LM8细胞中加入不同浓度的C60-赖氨酸,在光照条件下,采用四唑盐比色实验观察对细胞增殖的影响,通过荧光显微镜、透射电镜、流式细胞仪观察C60-赖氨酸对鼠骨肉瘤细胞LM8细胞生长的影响。结果C60-赖氨酸呈浓度依赖方式抑制LM8细胞增殖,并诱导其凋亡,其凋亡比例与C60-赖氨酸也呈浓度依赖关系。结论C60-赖氨酸能抑制鼠骨肉瘤细胞LM8细胞的生长并且诱导其凋亡。

Objective To investigate the effects of C60-lys on proliferation of bone sarcoma cells. Methods The bone sarcoma cells in mice were treated with the different concentrations of C60-lys. Under illumination, the proliferation of the cells was assayed by MTT, and the growth of LM8 cells in mice was observed by transmission electron microscopy, fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. Results The C60-lys inhibited proliferation and induced apoptosis of LM8 cells in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion The C60-lys could inhibit the proliferation and induce the apoptosis of LM8 cells.
