本文详细地叙述了硬杆在设计中灵敏度和固有频率之间的矛盾．通过实例分析提出了方便可行的解决方法．

As a device for single operator,the stiff stick should have higher sensitivity and inherentfrequency. The higher sensitivity is fit for operator'S control characteristics,and the higher inherentfrequency is good for electrical control design of the instrument. In this paper, the contradictionbetween sensitivity and inherent frequency of the stiff stick is described,and practicable way is used tosolve the contradiction.
