局部皮瓣在眼睑组织缺损中的应用

Application of eyelids with partial skin flaps

目的应用整形美容外科原则和技术,设计眼睑肿瘤切除后缺损外周部位的正常皮肤,在一定的条件下重新安排局部皮肤的位置,以达到修复眼睑组织缺损的目的。方法设计以肿瘤切除后皮肤缺损周围皮肤为供皮区,采用A—T皮瓣、V—Y皮瓣、易位皮瓣、滑行皮瓣、邻近睑板结膜瓣联合邻近组织双瓣法修复缺损创面。结果临床应用26例患者,皮瓣完全成活,随访3个月至一年,无瘢痕增生,无功能障碍,美容效果好。结论应用整形美容外科原则和技术通过局部皮瓣修复眼睑创面可获得满意效果。

Objective： To design the position of the surrounding normal skin and rearrange under certain condition for repairing the eyelids tissue according to the principles and techniques of plastic surgery after the eyelids tumor was removed. Methods ： The surrounding skin of defection was used for providing skin area, and with A - T flap, V - Y flap, flap translocation, sliding flap, tarsal conjunctival flap adjacent joint neighboring organizations dual flap, defects were repaired. Results： The skin flaps in 26 patients survived completely. No scar or disfunction was observed after the follow up from 3 months to one year and the cosmetic results were good. Conclusion： Repairing the eyelid defects with partial skin flaps according to the principles and techniques of plastic surgery can achieve satisfactory effect.
