干燥羊膜移植联合抗真菌药物治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的临床应用研究

A randomly controlled clinical trial of preserved amniofic membrane transplantation combined with antifungal drug for fungal corneul ulcer

目的探讨干燥羊膜移植联合抗真菌药物治疗真菌性角膜溃疡中的临床效果。方法采用干燥羊膜移植联合抗真菌药物治疗真菌性角膜溃疡26例（26眼），术后随访3～12月。结果26例治愈，无1例复发，术后短期内未明显植片融解，未见急性排斥反应。2～5周角膜上皮愈合，22眼视力不同程度提高。结论干燥羊膜移植是治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的有效方法。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of preserved amniobie membrane transplantation combined with antifungal drug in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer. Methods： 26 cases （26eyes） of fungal corneal ulcer were performed with transplantation of preversed amniofic membrane and antiflugal drug. All tile patients were followed up for 3 ～ 12 mouths. Results： All the patients were cured with no acute rejection. The grafts were healed and no graft resolution was observed in a short time. In 2 ～ 5 weeks after transplantion, corneal epithelial were healed. The visual acuity improved in varying degrees in 22 cases of fungal coneal ulcer. Conclusion ： Preserved amniotic membrane transplantion combined with antifungal drug is an effective method for the treatment of fungal coneal ulcer.
