摘要
复杂产品系统创新对于国家竞争力具有重要影响,本文针对复杂产品系统创新评估尚缺乏有效定量研究的现状,从项目层面上构建了复杂产品系统创新网络模型和评估指标体系,运用多层次灰色评价方法对其进行评价,评价过程采用了熵技术对主观赋权进行调整,使评价更为科学、合理。实例结果表明该方法在复杂产品系统创新项目论证和评估中具有一定的实际意义。
Complex products and systems (COPS) play an increasingly important role in national competitive advantage. But quantitative analysis methods are rarely used for CoPS innovation evaluation. Based on an innovation network model and a project evaluation index system, the multi-hierarchical grey evaluation method is adopted to evaluate the CoPS innovation project. In process of the evaluation, the theory of entropy is put forward to adjust the weight given by subjective method. The instance illustrates that this method is practical and makes the evaluation of CoPS innovation more scientific and reasonable.
