美国国家海洋大气局优先研究领域介绍（2010～2014财年）

Introduce to NOAA Annual Guidance Memorandum for FY 2010～2014

随着科学技术需求的变化，美国国家海洋大气局（NOAA）在2005年8月发布的2008～2012财年指导备忘录（NOAAAnnual Guidance Memorandum for FY2008～2012）报告制定的优先研究领域已经不能完全适应新的变化形势。基于此，NOAA在2007年7月份又推出2010～2014财年指导备忘录（NOAA Annual Guidance Memorandum for FY2010～2014），旨在分析新的研究变化趋势，给出未来任务需求、投资重点和优先研究领域。通过对NOAA未来优先研究领域的介绍，希望能够对我国相关部门制定研究规划、研究重点和资助战略起到重要的借鉴作用，能够对我国相关领域的科学研究提供参考，推动我国大气与海洋科学研究的创新发展。

With the demand change of science and technology, it had been not able to meet new situation that research priorities in NOAA Annual Guidance Memorandum for FY 2008 -2012 promulgated in August of 2005. In order to analyze new research change trend and give future mission demand, key invest and research priorities, NOAA put forward new NOAA Annual Guidance Memorandum for FY 2010 -2014 in July of 2007. This paper can be expected to help related departments to set down research plan, key research and invest strategic plan, to provide some references for related fields＇ scientific research and to promote initiative development of Atmospheric and Marine Science Research in China, through introducing research priorities of NOAA.
