摘要
在厌氧序批式反应器中,采用硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)对钛白废水中硫酸盐生物还原的影响因素及厌氧序批式反应器的运行条件进行了研究。研究结果表明,模拟废水的SO4^2-去除效果比实际钛白废水的SO4^2-去除效果好。SRB还原实际钛白废水中SO4^2-的最佳运行条件为:进水SO4^2-质量浓度不超过2000mg/L、反应温度(35±1)℃、pH6.5~8.0、COD/p(SO4^2-)2.0~3.0、HRT 24h、反应器运行周期8h(进水0.5h,反应6.0h,沉淀1.0h,出水0.5h)、循环间歇搅拌(搅拌1.5h,搅拌停止2.0h)方式。在此条件下SO4^2-去除率可达90%。
The factors affecting biological reduction of sulfate in TiO2 wastewater using sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) were studied in an anaerobic sequencing batch reactor, and the operating conditions were also researched. The experimental results show that the removal effect of SO4^2- in simulated wastewater is better than that of SO4^2- in actual TiO2 wastewater. The optimum operating conditions for reduction of SO4^2- using SRB in the actual TiO2 wastewater are as follows: SO4^2- mass concentration of influent not more than 2 000 mg/L, reaction temperature ( 35 ± 1 )℃, pH 7 - 8, COD/p(SO4^2- ) 2 -3, HRT 24 h, operation period 8 h (0.5 h for wastewater feeding, 6.0 h for reaction, 1.0 h for settling and 0.5 h for discharge), intermittent stirring ( 1.5 h for stirring and 2.0 h for quiescence). Under these conditions, the removal rate of SO4^2- can reach 90%.
