摘要 目的探讨B超引导下微创经皮肾镜取石术疗效与安全性。方法回顾性分析该院2005年8月~2007年8月B超引导下微创经皮肾镜取石术201例的临床资料。结果201例均获得较好疗效,无严重并发症发生。结论B超引导下微创经皮肾镜取石术手术创伤小,操作简便,疗效满意,值得在临床推广应用。 [Objective] To evaluate the safety and feasibility of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrohthotomy (MPCNL) under the guidance of B ultrasound in treating kidney calculi. [Method] Retrospectively analyzed the clinical results of 201 patients with solitary kidney calculi using MPCNL under the guidance of B ultrasound from August 2005 to August 2007. [Results] Kidney calculi of 201 cases were treated successfully by MPCNL. No major complications were recorded in these patients. [Conclusions] MPCNL under the guidance of B ultrasound is safe and effective in treating kidney calculi with less trauma.
