双层复合共挤软面板材的模具设计和实验研究

摘要 软面硬芯双层共挤复合PVC板材是一种具缓冲撞击的低成本塑料装饰板材,将会得到越来越广泛的应用。本文介绍了开发该制品所用的渐变型衣架式机头流道的结构设计和计算。通过大量双层复合共挤试验,分析了模具出现的问题并提出修正方案,使模具设计更趋合理和完善,从而实现正常生产。 Complex extruding PVC plate with soft cover and hard core is one kind of anti- impact plastic decoration plate with low cost, and will obtain more and more widespread application. This article introduced the structure design and the computation of nose flow with tapered clothes rack type for developing the product. Through massive double-decked compound co-extruding experiments, has analyzed the problem of the mold appeared and proposed the modification plan for the mold design to be more reasonable and perfect, thus realize the regular production.
