摘要
针对西南医院门诊大楼热水供应在供水时间、供水标准、用水点布局、用水量差异等方面的特点,基于设计小时耗热量大、热源条件好选择了集中热水供应系统。从采用的横管配回水管网布置形式、多个不同循环管路以及设备选型与控制等方面介绍了该门诊楼的热水系统设计,对存在的问题提出了有效的解决措施,热水系统的实际运行效果好。该集中热水系统通过横管配回水适应了门诊楼用水点分散的特点,通过设置多个循环管路满足了各科室的不同用水要求,是门诊楼合理的热水供应方式。
A central hot water supply system was selected for the Southwest Hospital' s clinic building in Chongqing China, Country. The factors that led to this selection were the work timetable, the water supplement standards, user distribution, the hot water consumption volume, substantial heating requirements, and the convenience of heat source. This article presents the hot water supply design for this building, including the horizontal distribution and return pipe design, a different return pipe system, and equipment selection and control. It also discusses the measures for the problems. This central hot water supply system is reasonable for the clinic building because the horizontal pipe design is suitable for user distribution and the multiple return pipe system meets the needs of different departments.
