光导开关中深能级杂质对输出脉冲影响的研究

STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF DEEP LEVEL IMPURITY IN THE PHOTOCONDUCTIVE SWITCH ON THE OUTPUT PULSE

本文从理论上分析了光导开关中深能级杂质对其输出特性的影响，研究结果表明，光导开关中的深能级杂质有利于输出电脉冲的压缩．

The theortical analysis of the effect of deep level impurity in the photoconductive switch on the property of output pulse is presented in this paper. The results obtained from our investigations show that deep level impurity in the photoconductive switch is good for the compression of output pulse.
