摘要
介绍了江西铜业集团化工有限公司100kt/a硫酸装置的工艺流程、设备结构及生产运行情况。原料全部采用硫精矿,采用氧化焙烧、酸洗净化、"3+1"两次转化、96%酸干燥、98%酸中温两次吸收工艺。生产实践表明,该系统的设计是合理的,经过部分优化及改造,生产控制指标基本上达到或好于设计值。
Process flow, equipment design and production operation of 100 kt/a sulphuric acid plant of JCC Chemical Industry Co. Ltd are described in detail. The plant is designed to operate with raw material of pyrite concentrate, adopting oxidizing roasting, pickling and purifying, " 3 + 1 " transformed twice, 96% acid dry, 98% acid middle temperature absorbed twice. Practice showed that sulphuric acid plant had a reasonable design. After some optimization and transformation, production control indicators basically reached or better than the design value.
