摘要
在电厂输煤水除尘系统中,水压低和波动大等问题影响着除尘效率,要保证一个恒定的水压,就要对供水系统进行改造。本文从原理上分析传统的出口节流方案和现代的变频调速方案,并通过方案的比较,得出变频调速恒压供水方案是一个适用的、性能稳定、精确度高、节能效果显著的方案。
In water de-dusting unit of power plant coal handling system, de-dusting efficiency is quite affecdted by some negative factors such as low or fluctuating pressure in water supply. To ensure an availability of constant pressure,modification shall be performed in waterworks. The essay analyzes both solutions of traditional outlet throttle control and modem frequcncy control, and it derives from comparison that the constant pressure water supply by means of frequency control is a recommendable solution feasible in terms of the stable character, high accuracy as well as remarkable energy saving effect.
