当下大学生的年龄特征发生一定的变化,这些变化影响着他们的成长,也导致高校对他们的培养遭遇诸多新问题。为解决这些问题,高校应以人为本,树立管理育人、服务育人的思想,开展多种有益活动;改进教学方法,提高教学质量。家庭、社会、学校要同心协力,共同促进新生代大学生全面、和谐、健康发展,使之成长为国家的栋梁。

At present, there have been some ehanges in the age characteristics of the undergraduate, which influences their growth and results in some problems in their training. In order to solve those problems, institutions of higher learning should adopt the point of view of administrating and educating students or giving services to and educating students in an all-round way. Students＇ parents, the society and the school should make concerted efforts to make it possible for the students to develop healthily, harmoniously and in an all-around way so that they can become pillars of the country.
