摘要
随着普通高中新课程改革的逐步推进,教师作为教育活动的直接实施者遇到了许多新的挑战,同时也给教师的专业发展带来了机遇。学校作为教师专业成长的基地,建立与基础教育新课程体系相适应的以校为本的教学研究制度,是当前学校改革发展和教师专业成长的现实要求和紧迫任务。教师个人的自我反思、教师集体的同伴互助、专业研究人员的专业引领是开展校本研究和促进教师专业化成长的三种基本力量和行为方式,只有充分地发挥三者的作用并注重相互间的整合,才能有效地促进以校为本的教学研究制度建设。
With the progress of reform in the courses of general senior middle schools, teachers as direct enforcers of educational activities have to face many new challenges. But the reform also brings opportunities for developing their specialties: It is the demand from reality and an urgent task for schools as the base for the growth of teachers' specialties to establish a system that is pertinent to the new system of courses for elementary education and a system of school-based teaching research. The self reflection on the part of the individual teacher, the mutual help among companions, the specialty guiding of the researchers are the three basic forces and modes of action in developing the school-based research and in promoting the specialized growth of the teachers. Only by bringing the three into full play and paying attention to their integrity can the establishment of school-based research system be effectively pushed forward.
