"十一五"中小继教工程对贵州省继教工程起着承上启下的重要作用。努力抓好"一德三新"培训、提高教师课堂教育教学实际能力、坚持校本培训、进一步加强中小继教工作的管理,成为全面推进中小继教工程的重要举措。

The ＂Eleventh Five Years＂ project of further education for teachers in secondary and elementary schools, to the further education in Guizhou province, functions as a connecting link between the past and the future. Making an effort to give a good education of teachers in the aspects of teachers＇ morality, of new ideas, of new curricula and of new techniques, to persist in the sehool-based training, to strengthen the administration of further education for teachers in secondary and elementary sehools will become important measures for pushing forward sueh education.
