浅议精益建筑Last Planner方法与关键链法的融合

A Simple Discussion on Combination of Last Planner and Critical Chain Methods

本文对精益建筑的重要方法——最后计划者（Last Planner）方法的进行了剖析，对传统计划系统与LP计划系统做了深入对比，并对国外学者所提出了实时计划和控制方法进行了有益的完善和扩展。由推式和拉式计划的启发，提出将LP方法和关键链法这两种前沿管理思想结合的构想，弥补双方的不足，发挥各自的优势。最后文章指出下一步研究的方向。

This paper analyses Last Planner, a very important method of Lean Construction, with an extension and complement on Timely Planning and Control Method comparing traditional planning systems with Last Planner systems. Under the enlightment of Push and Pull Plans, this paper creatively gives combination of Last Plan- ner and Critical Chain methods for giving full play to each speciality respectively and also compensating short- comings each other. Finally, the research direction is pointed out.
