交易方式对安全农产品供给影响的实证分析——基于河北定州和浙江临海菜农的调查

The Empirical Analysis on the Impact of Trade Mode on Farmers' Behavior of Supplying Safe Agricultural Products——Based on the Survey of Farmer in Dingzhou Hebei and Linhai Zhejiang

文章运用实地调研数据,通过独立样本t检验考察了不同交易方式对农户安全农产品供给行为影响的差异,并利用线性回归模型对二者是否存在因果关系进行了进一步验证。研究结论表明,交易方式对农户安全农产品供给行为存在显著性影响。而产生这种影响的原因主要是,不同交易方式下的质量信息、生产者激励、质量控制、质量追溯成本等方面存在差别。

Using data from our survey, the paper examines the impact of trade mode on farmers~ behavior supplying safe agricultural products by T test. Further more, using regression mode tests the causality between trade mode and farmers＇ behavior. The findings of this paper show that trade mode is the important factor on farmers＇ behavior and the main reason is that quality infor- mation, producer＇s stimulation, quality control and the cost of quality trace are difference under the different trade mode.
