摘要
本文对杨山牡丹、中原牡丹、紫斑牡丹三种七品种的小孢子发生在光镜下进行了比较观察和研究。除共同的正常发育特征外,在不同品种中程度不同地观察到小孢子母细胞减数分裂异常及分裂过程高度不同步现象,不仅同一花药的不同花粉囊分裂节奏不一致,即使在同一花粉囊内分裂的进程也不一致。推测小孢子母细胞减数分裂行为异常是形成败育花粉的关键因素。小孢子母细胞减数分裂后胞质分裂为同时型,四分体中小孢子排列多呈四面体形,少为左右对称形。
In this paper, Microsporogenesis and the abnormal phenomena at meiosis of microspore morner cells of 3 species of woody peonies were observed and investigated. In some cultivars the phases of meiosis of microspore mother cells happened at different time not only in 4 different microsporanges of the same anther but also in the same microsporangium. We think that the abnormality of meiotic division of pollen mother cells is the key reason which results in formation of abortive pollen, and is also one of the reasons of why the seed setting rate is low. Cytokinesis at meiosis of microspore mother cells is simultaneous and tetrads are mostly tetrahedral, less frequently isobilateral.
