摘要
取水栒子驯化种的当年生带叶芽茎段为外植体,接种于不同激素配比的MS培养基上。结果表明,不定芽诱导的最佳培养基为MS+BA2.0单位mg.l-1,下同;不定芽增殖最佳培养基为MS+BA2.0+NAA0.5;不定根诱导最佳培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.5。
Bud stick with leaf of Cotoneaster multiforus in a year to be as external implantation tissue. It was inoculated on MS tissue culture medium of different hormone ratio. The results showed the best tissue culture medium of adventitious bud induce was MS+BA2mg·l^-1,the best tissue culture medium of adventitious bud enrichment was MS+BA2.0 + NAA0.5, the best tissue culture medium of adventitious bud enrichment was MS+BA2.0+NAA0.5,the best tissue culture medium of adventitious root induce was 1/2MS+NAA0.5.
