化隆县林业局对全县征用占用林地使用情况进行了检查。就征用占用林地的数量、类别、类型,审核审批情况,森林植被恢复费征收情况,林木采伐许可证办理情况等方面进行了论述,分析了存在着法制观念淡薄、管理执法不严、森林植被恢复费缴纳较差等问题。提出了今后对策。
