本文以"数字农业"概念为背景,分析了数字化农业发展的前景及其技术体系,结合青海省农业和社会经济发展的实际,探讨青海省数字农业建设的基础、建设的框架及政策建议。
Basic on the concept of the digital agriculture, the paper analysis the development foreground of the digital agriculture and its technology system. According to the statements of Qinghai agriculture and social and economic development, the paper discuss the frame and aim of construction of Qinghai digital agriculture as well as police suggestion.
