摘要
针对当前林政执法中的问题,各级政府要加强领导,提高执法人员素质,加大执法监督力度;严格管理征占用林地、严格控制采伐限额、加大对木材经营和运输的监督管理,提高依法管理和依法行政的水平。
On the exsiting problems in current forestry administration law enforcement, the government leading force should be strengthened, enhance the law enforcement officials＇ quality, increase the strength of enforcement supervision, manage strictly forest land requisition and occupation, Control the forest cutting quota, strengthen the managemaet and supervision of wood operation and transport, raise the competence and ablity of administraiion by law.
