西南少数民族生殖崇拜研究述评

A Review of the Studies of the Ethnic Reproduction Worship in Southwestern China

西南是我国少数民族的重要聚居地,生殖崇拜研究一直是西南民族文化与心理研究的热点。20世纪80年代末伊始,学者们对西南少数民族的生殖崇拜的表现形式作了大量的田野考察工作,收集第一手资料。他们在研究西南少数民族生殖崇拜诸种形式的基础上,阐释生殖崇拜活动的过程与内涵,揭示部分甲骨文、金文和东巴文中"性象符号"的生殖崇拜意义,认为生殖崇拜在文明社会最终以歌舞、游戏、成年礼等社会化形式表现出来,有对部族成员进行性教育的作用和促使儿童社会化的作用,并认为这是体现民族自觉认同的重要表现形式。

The studies on the ethnic reproduction worship was still a hot point in the studies of ethnic cultural and psychological of southwestern China.Since the end of 1980s,the researchers have done a lot of fieldwork of the forms of the worship and collected primary sources.They explained the process and meaning of the activities,and revealed the meaning of the symbols of sexuality in the inscription on the oracle bone and bronze and Dongba writing.They argued that the reproduction worship in civilization society assumes some socialization forms like songs and dances,games,and rites of passage finally.The forms can be used for the sec education and socialization.And the researchers argued that the worship is an important expression of the ethnic identification.
