非织造布磁控溅射镀银的导电和抗紫外性能 被引量:19

Conductivity and UV-resistance of silver-coated non-woven fabric deposited by magnetron sputtering

摘要 室温下采用磁控溅射法在丙纶纺粘非织造布基材上沉积纳米银薄膜,采用四探针电阻测试仪及分光光度计,测试了不同厚度银膜非织造布的导电性能及紫外线透过率。试验结果表明,随着非织造布上沉积银薄膜厚度的增加,其导电性能和抗紫外线穿透性能随之增强。当薄膜厚度达到200 nm时,非织造布表现出较好的导电性能,且紫外线透过率下降到2.44%。 The polypropylene spun-bonded nonwoven fabrics deposited with nano-structured silver thin film were prepared by magnetron sputtering at room temperature. The conductivity and transmittance of UV to nonwoven fabric deposited with film with different thickness was measured by four-point probe tester and ultraviolet-visible spectrometer respectively. It showed that the increase in the thickness of silver thin film resulted in the increase in the conductivity and the decrease in UV transmittance of nonwoven fabric. The better conductivity was achieved at the thickness of 200 nm, and the transmittance was down to 2.44%.
