采用生物酶,对亚麻/棉交织物和亚麻/粘胶混纺本色植绒沙发布进行前处理,探讨了退浆酶洗水、烧毛、轧酶、拉幅、防缩等各工序的具体工艺及注意事项。织物用该工艺处理,能有效保护原麻色素,并使各项指标完全满足静电植绒工艺的要求。

The biological enzyme pretreatment of gray flocked sofa cloth from cotton/linen and linen/viscose was carried out. The process and points to attention of each procedure were discussed, such as enzyme disizing and washing, singeing, enzyme padding, stentering, shrink proofing etc. After enzyme pretreatment, the gray sofa cloth not only can keep the original color of linen, but also can meet the needs to make the cloth suitable for static flocking process.
