Flame retardant finish of cotton-linen heavy fabric

介绍了棉麻厚重交织物的阻燃加工工艺,考察了阻燃剂种类、用量,以及焙烘时间和阻燃胶上胶量对整理织物阻燃效果和色光变化的影响。研究结果表明,对棉麻厚重交织物采用40%的阻燃剂RSP31进行二浸二轧(轧余率85%),背涂90 g/m2(干增重)阻燃胶F255,135℃预烘干,再160℃焙烘4 min可同时通过BS 5852 Schedule 2 Part 1及Schedule 4 Part 1测试。

The flame retardant finish of cotton-linen heavy fabric was introduced. The influence of the variety and dosage of flame retardant, curing time and gluing amount of flame retardant glue on flame retardant effect and shade changes was investigated. The researches showed that the cotton-linen heavy fabric could pass the tests of both BS 5852 Schedule 2 Part 1 and Schedule 4 Part 1 after following process, that is impregnating and padding twice （padding retention 85 %） with 40% flame retardant RSP31, back coating 90 g/m^2 （ dry weightening） with flame retardant glue F255 ,pre-drying at 135 ℃ ,then curing 4 min at 160 ℃.
