摘要
介绍用碘量法测试过氧化氢酶TF-160酶活的方法，分析了各因素对过氧化氢酶的酶活力值影响。酶活的最佳测试条件为：在钼酸铵催化条件下，底物0．05mol／L过氧化氢用量30mL，常温下反应5min。过氧化氢酶TF-160的应用工艺为：过氧化氢酶TF-160用量0．05-3g／L，处理温度20-30℃，酶处理液pH值范围6-7，处理时间10-20min。
The determination of activity of catalase TF-160 with iodometry method was introduced, the factors affecting the activity value of catalase were investigated, The optimal conditions in testing the activity of the catalase were as follows： the dosage of the peroxide was 30mL with substrate 0.05 mol/L under the condition of ammonium molybdate catalysis, with the reaction time 5min at the normal temperature. The application techniques was that the dosage of the TF-160 was about （0.05-3） g/L;the temperature had better to be （20 -30）℃ with the pH value 6 -7 and the reaction time was about 10 -20 minutes.
