摘要 介绍用碘量法测试过氧化氢酶TF-160酶活的方法,分析了各因素对过氧化氢酶的酶活力值影响。酶活的最佳测试条件为:在钼酸铵催化条件下,底物0.05mol/L过氧化氢用量30mL,常温下反应5min。过氧化氢酶TF-160的应用工艺为:过氧化氢酶TF-160用量0.05-3g/L,处理温度20-30℃,酶处理液pH值范围6-7,处理时间10-20min。 The determination of activity of catalase TF-160 with iodometry method was introduced, the factors affecting the activity value of catalase were investigated, The optimal conditions in testing the activity of the catalase were as follows: the dosage of the peroxide was 30mL with substrate 0.05 mol/L under the condition of ammonium molybdate catalysis, with the reaction time 5min at the normal temperature. The application techniques was that the dosage of the TF-160 was about (0.05-3) g/L;the temperature had better to be (20 -30)℃ with the pH value 6 -7 and the reaction time was about 10 -20 minutes.
