摘要
用脉冲辐解动态吸收光谱法研究了Br2·-、Cl2·-自由基引发N-二异丙基磷酰化甲硫氨酸(NDM)与色氨酸(TrpH)的分子间电子转移机理,测定电子转移反应的速率常数,从分子结构观点解释了磷酰基对电子转移机理的影响。
In this paper, the intermolecular electrontransfer(ET) involving N phosphoryl methione(NDM) and tryptophan(TrpH) initiated by Br ·- 2 and Cl ·- 2 anion radicals in aqueous solutions have been studied using pulse radiolysis and kinetic spectrophotometric monitoring techniques, a series of rate constants of ET have been determined and the influence of N phosphoryl group on the mechanism of ET has been explained structurally
