金丝桃蒽酮与竹红菌甲素光敏作用及暗反应特征的比较

COMPARISON BETWEEN CHARACTERS OF PHOTO SENSITIZATION AND DARK REACTION OF HYPERICIN AND HYPOCRELLIN A

在ＤＭＳＯ均相体系中研究了金丝桃蒽酮（ＨＹＰ）光敏作用及暗反应的特征，测得ＨＹＰ产生１Ｏ２与产生·ＯＨ的速率常数之比为０．０５７，产生１Ｏ２与产生ＨＹＰ·－的速率常数之比为１．２５，发现ＨＹＰ在以半胱氨酸为还原剂的条件下，通过热化学作用即可产生Ｏ２·－，但Ｏ２·－产额低于竹红菌甲素（ＨＡ）。在ＴＸ－１００胶束非均相体系中，比较了ＨＹＰ与ＨＡ光敏产生１Ｏ２、·ＯＨ的产额，发现它们１Ｏ２产额相近，而ＨＹＰ的·ＯＨ产额高于ＨＡ。
