摘要
在DMSO均相体系中研究了金丝桃蒽酮(HYP)光敏作用及暗反应的特征,测得HYP产生1O2与产生·OH的速率常数之比为0.057,产生1O2与产生HYP·-的速率常数之比为1.25,发现HYP在以半胱氨酸为还原剂的条件下,通过热化学作用即可产生O2·-,但O2·-产额低于竹红菌甲素(HA)。在TX-100胶束非均相体系中,比较了HYP与HA光敏产生1O2、·OH的产额,发现它们1O2产额相近,而HYP的·OH产额高于HA。
