多通道支撑体制备氧化铝无机膜干燥技术探讨 被引量:1

摘要 以异丙醇铝为主要原料,用溶胶-凝胶法,在多通道管状α-Al2O3支撑体上浸涂成膜。对多通道支撑体溶胶膜浸涂时间、支撑体处理技术进行讨论,选择不同的凝胶干燥温度和干燥方式,利用扫描电镜观察不同干燥制度下薄膜的形貌。结果表明,得到光滑、无裂纹薄膜在凝胶膜干燥过程中对支撑体处理、浸涂时间和温度控制非常重要,采用水蒸气保护下分级干燥方式可以得到质量良好的凝胶膜。 Membrane was prepared with aluminum iso-propoxide as the main raw material by sol-gel process, and then dip-coating the multi-channel-tubular α-Al2O3 supports. Discussion was carried on dip-coating time for membrane on multi-channel-supports and the strut body processing technology. Thin film samples were prepared at different gelatin drying temperatures and by different drying methods, and their appearances were observed by SEM. The result indicated that, support body processing, dip coating time and temperature control are very important for obtaining smooth and non- crack thin film after the drying process, and stepped-drying under steam protection is a good way to get high-quality mineral membrane.
