摘要
运行中的机组都存在着不同程度的振摆,不少电厂都或多或少受到这一问题的困扰。天生桥一级水电站3号机组振摆一直较大,虽采取在发电机转子上加置配重等措施,机组运行振摆仍然超标。通过机组扩大性大修处理发电机空气间隙、转子圆度、机组轴线、填充发电机第二气隙等,机组运行各部振摆值符合规程规范及设计技术要求。
Vibrations exist to certain extent in running hydroelectric generators, which have been causing troubles to quite a number of hydropower plants. Vibrations have been quite obvious in the No.3 unit of Tianshengqiao-I hydropower plant. Although some important measures have been taken such as counterweight added to the generator rotors, the vibrations still exceed standard. By means of dilated general overhaul of the said hydrogenerator unit, some measures have been taken such as the filling of the air interstice, the adjustments of the circular degree of rotors and the unit axis, as well as the filling of the second air-gap of the hydrogenerator unit etc, the vibrations of different running parts have so far met the professional standards and the technical specifications.
