黑龙江省尚志市农业可持续性评价

Evaluation on Agricultural Sustainability of Shangzhi City,Heilongjiang Province

本文采取发展位、发展势、协调度等指标,对黑龙江省尚志市的农业可持续性进行了综合评价,结果表明:尚志市的经济综合发展位近五年来虽有所波动,但总体来说得到了改善;经济综合发展势和社会综合发展势在近五年波动比较大;经济协调度由2000年的0.025上升到2004年的0.286,资源协调度由2000年的0.01上升到2004年的0.68,综合发展度(经济)由2000年的0.009上升为2004年的0.021,社会发展度由2000年的0.005上升为2004年的0.011,资源环境发展度由2000年的0.189上升为2004年的0.424。

This paper, by using the indicator, such as development niche, development trend, armony degree, evaluates the agricultural sustainability of Shangzhi City, Heilongjiang Province. The results indicate that although the economic integrative development niche of Shangzhi City fluctuates during the recent five years, it improves as a whole; economic integrative development trend and social integrative development trend fluctuate greatly during the recent five years, the economic harmony degree changes from 0.025 in 2000 to 0.286 in 2004, the resources harmony degree changes from 0.01 in 2000 to 0.68 in 2004; the integrative development degree changes from 0.009 in 2000 to 0.021 in 2004, the social development degree changes form 0.005 in 2000 to 0.011 in 2004, the resources and environmental development degree changes from 0.1892 in 2000 to 0.4238 in 2004.
