培养年轻合唱指挥是合唱事业兴旺发达的关键环节。合唱指挥比赛为青年合唱指挥搭建了一个很好的平台。但从比赛过程来看,还有进一步完善与改进的地方。

Training young and promising chorus conductors contributes to the flourishing of chorus course. And chorus - conducting competitions are able to set up favorable platform for chorus conductors. However, in the process of competition, the author still finds some parts need to be improved and perfected.
