论规范

On Norm

以认识世界与认识自己、改变世界与改变自己为指向,规范既与"做什么"及"如何做"相关,也涉及"成就什么";在本原的意义上.它内在地关联着人的存在形态、存在方式。与目的性规定相联系,规范内含价值之维;以实然与必然为本,规范又有其本体论根据。从形式的层面看,规范与"理"相近,具有外在的、非人格的特点,但其现实的作用却并非隔绝于内在的意识(心):它的引导或限定意义往往需要通过个体的理解、认同、接受、选择而实现。规范与个体及其意识活动的关系,具体展开为心与理的互动。作为制约存在形态与存在过程的当然之则,规范构成了人与人之间的共在所以可能的条件,后者既体现了规范普遍、公共的社会品格,又展示了其历史性和具体性。

Associated with the aims of changing world and changing human selves,norm involves what it should be done and how it should be done as well as what it should be become.As the direction of prac- tice,norm not only entails the dimension of values,but also based on reality and necessity ontologically. Though norm is characterized as impersonal prescription from the perspective of formal angle,it is not sep- arated from the process of internal consciousness when it works.By guaranteeing the being-with among human being,norm manifests its universal and public features as well as the historical dimension.
