广东省华侨农场的类型划分与发展思路

Classification and Economic Development of the Overseas Chinese Farms in Guangdong Province

选取广东省23所华侨农场主要社会经济指标,运用计量方法对全省华侨农场的经济特点进行分类。在此基础上,对各类型农场经济上的等级差异及空间上的分布特征进行实证分析,并从区域经济学角度对实证结果进行阐释,探讨各类型农场的产业结构优化思路,以期为广东省华侨农场未来的经济发展方向提供借鉴和参考。

Based on the production factors and economic strength from the model of ＂the city competitive power＂, 11 main social-economic indexes in 8 aspects, including the predominant degree of geographical location, transportation, water-and-land resources, labor force, general economy, industrial structure, openness extent and exterior condition, are selected to classify 23 overseas Chinese farms in Guangdong Province with the methods of ingredient analysis and cluster analysis. The economic rank difference and spatial distribution characteristics of various types of farms are analyzed. The diagnosis result is explained with the view of regional economics. Optimization of the industrial structure of different types of farms is discussed. Three types of the farms are defined as the innovation-driven type, the investment-driven type and the resources guidance type according to the economic characteristics, and some ideas for the development of the farms are suggested
