摘要
地处丹江口库区的淅川县清泉沟小流域为浅山、丘陵区,水土流失严重,为了改善现有局面,发展区域经济,实现库区群众生活富裕和库区生态环境良性循环,对坡面、沟道、水保林等方面进行了生态建设规划治理,治理程度将达到100%,使其经济、生态、社会效益得到显著提高,此为长江流域水土保持生态建设探索出了行之有效的防治途径和示范模式.
Small catchment of Qingquangou is situated at Xichuan county,located in reservoir area of Danjiangkou. It is part of low hill and rolling country, soil erosion is very serious. In order to improve the existing aspect, develop area economy and realize the goal of district populace to live wealthy and district ecological environment in positive cycle, the fathered degree of the catchment will achieve 100.0% by ecological environment plan of the slope face,the trench,the conservation forest of water and soil, and so on. It enables the economy, the ecology, the social efficiency obtain markable enhancement. It will explore the effective preventing and controlling way and the demonstration pattern for the conservation of water and soil ecology construction of Yangtze catchment.
