The survey and the meaning of the village tourism development were elaborated. The situation and problem of urban and rural tourism were analyzed. Then the city and village could be as the resource and the source of tourism market was pointed out. Through providing the attractive tourism product to each other and developing tourism mutual, it was ad- vantageous to realize the urban and rural tourism harmonious development which were the city leading the countryside and the countryside supporting the city. Finally, a series of countermeasures and suggestions to promote the tourism harmonious development overall the urban and rural were proposed.
