旅游景区安全容量分析与事故风险评价

Analysis on Safety Capacity and Assessment of Accident Risk in Tourism Spots

从旅游者自身、景区管理和社会综合因素等方面分析了旅游景区事故的主要风险和发生机理,提出旅游景区人群安全容量的测算方法,并以某世博园为对象选取景区内在特征、服务管理质量和景区外部环境因素建立评价指标体系,运用层次分析法评价旅游景区的事故风险水平。

The accident risk and its occurrence mechanism in tourism spots are discussed from the aspects of tourists, tourism spot management and social factors. Methods of calculating safety capacity of human in tourism areas are put forward. Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） , assessment indexes are primarily selected out from the elements about inherent character, service quality and exterior factors, and then the assessment conclusion for level of accident risk is drawn via an example of Interna- tional Horticultural Exposition.
