民主推荐领导干部工作虽取得很大的成就,但并不尽善尽美,还存在民主推荐"失真"、推荐程序虚置、推荐责任模糊等问题。增强推荐透明度,促使推荐程序的具体化,扩大推荐的民主范围,加强对推荐活动的监督,优化民主推荐领导干部制度。

There have such problems as the distortion of democratic recommendation, the absence of recommendation procedure and responsibility fuzzy. The system of democratic recommendation of cadres will be optimized by the enhancement of recommendation transparency, further concretization of recommendation procedure, the extension of recommendation scope and the reinforcement of supervision.
