摘要
公民意识和公民社会的兴起与发展为实现公共服务供给满足公共需求奠定了思想基础和提供了路径。政府作为公共权威的代表,需要通过相关路径选择发挥公民参与在公共服务供给中的积极作用,提高我国公共服务供给能力。
The appearance and development of citizen＇ s awareness and citizen＇ s society build up ideological basis and provide route for the realization of the satisfaction of public need brought by public service supply. As representative of public authority, government will promote capability of china＇ s public service supply by choosing relative mute to encourage citizen＇s participation in public service supply.
