On Moral Construction of Administrative Staffs in Plato's Viewpoint on the Justice Concept

As the most important and fundamental concept in Plato＇ s theories on ethics, politics and society, justice is defined by Plato as idea of ＇making appropriate location and performing its own functions＇ which contains such ethic thoughts as elite politics, abiding by office duties and collectivism.
