摘要
四球摩擦试验机是国际上普遍使用的润滑剂模拟评定试验设备,本文通过分析国内外四球摩擦试验机测控技术特点与现状,提出了"基于上下位机结构的四球摩擦试验机测量控制系统"方案,并详细的阐述了上下位机测控系统的实现原理及过程,同时简述了利用该方案设计制造的MRS-10D微机控制四球摩擦试验机的结构特点及工作原理。
Four-ball friction testing machine is a lubricant simulation evaluation testing equipment that's in common use in the world. This thesis, through analyzing feature of domestic and foreign four-ball friction testing machine measuring control technology and current condition, raises "four-ball friction testing machine measuring control system" program of based on upper and lower position machine structure and describes the technical indexes and structure feature of the MRS-IOD four-ball friction testing machine that's designed using the program.
