摘要
采用AVR单片机ATmegal28作为主控制器,取代C51系列单片机,设计了一套性能优良带有USB接口的杠杆式四球摩擦试验机测控系统。本文给出了ATmegal28控制转速、高速多通道模数转换及USB接口的电路原理简图。目前该测控系统已应用到杠杆式四球摩擦试验机中。
Adopting AVR chip microprocessor ATmega128 as host controller, substituting for C51 chip Microprocessor, designing a suit of four-ball friction tester of levers measurement and control system. The paper introduced circuit principle diagram about ATmega128 controlling speed, high speed analog-to-digital conversion and USB interface. It has been applied to four-ball friction tester of levers in my corporation.
