摘要
本文通过为试验机用户设计螺纹钢试样夹持钳口的过程,提出钳口齿形结构、材料及热处理方面的设计方法,并在实际应用中,效果良好,满足了用户使用要求。
In this papaer we describe the designing process of deformed steel bar specimen clamping grip for testing machine users and analyze the design method in tooth profile structure and material and heat treatment ect. ways. The design plays obvious role in use so as to provide production with better service and meet the demand of users.
