现代化技术发展背景下,哲学潜含着对技术的附庸和逢迎而出现非人格化倾向。基因是个人财产与人格的复合体,基因技术的发展存在着侵犯人的道德人格权的风险。后现代境遇下的道德多元化中,应当重新审视人的道德人格权,并且明确与道德人格权相关的一系列权利,从而对基因技术的研究过程进行相关的伦理规约。

With the development of modern technology,the philosophy is inclined to become impersonalized.The gene is the compound body of property and personality,and the technical development of gene exists in the risk of infringing upon the moral personality right.In the post-modern moral diversification,man's moral personality right should be reexamined and the related rights of the moral personality right should be defined so that the related ethical rules can be used to regulate the research process of genetic techniques.
