膀胱癌组织中CXCR4蛋白的表达

Expression of CXCR4 in infiltrative bladder cancer tissue

目的:探讨膀胱癌组织中CXCR4蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测40例膀胱癌(18例黏膜内癌,22例浸润癌)、24例膀胱癌转移淋巴结组织中CXCR4蛋白的表达。结果:膀胱黏膜内癌组织中CXCR4蛋白阳性率(8/18)低于浸润癌组织(20/22)和转移淋巴结组织(22/24),不同分化程度浸润癌组织中CXCR4蛋白阳性率差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CXCR4蛋白与膀胱癌浸润及转移有关。

Aim ： To investigate the expression and significance of CXCR4 in infihrative bladder cancer. Methods ： Immunohistochemistry were performed to detect the expression of CXCR4 protein in 40 bladder cancer specimens （ 18 cases of carcinoma limited in mueusa, and 22 cases of in fihratirc tissue） and 24 metastasis lymphatic tissue of bladder cancer. Results： 20 of 22 cases of infiltrative bladder cancer tissue and 22 of 24 cases of metastasis lymphatic tissue of bladder cancer showed higher positive rate ot CXCR4 protein than those of cases limited in mucosa（8/18）. CXCR4 expression was independent of histological grade. Conclusion：CXCR4 is related to metastasis and infiltration of bladder cancer. It may be a index of early infihrative and hypo-metastatie bladder cancer.
