HgCl2、CdCl2对去卵巢大鼠的雌激素样作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价HgCl2、CdCl2的雌激素样作用。方法:将成年雌性SD大鼠48只随机分为8组,去卵巢后,给予低、中、高剂量的HgCl2(0.04mg/kg、0.20mg/kg和1.00mg/kg)和CdCl2(0.08mg/kg、0.40mg/kg和2.00mg/kg),阴性对照给予蒸馏水,阳性对照给予雌二醇,连续3d,观察子宫增重作用、子宫内膜细胞有丝分裂指数和嗜银染色颗粒数。结果:HgCl2和CdCl2高剂量组可诱导去卵巢SD大鼠子宫明显增重,与阴性对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。HgCl2低、中、高剂量组和CdCl2中、高剂量组有丝分裂指数均高于阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。HgCl2和CdCl2高剂量组嗜银染色颗粒数高于阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:HgCl2、CdCl2在体内可能有雌激素样作用。 Aim: To study estrogen-like effects of mercury chloride and cadmium chloride. Methods:A total of 48 ovariectomized sexual mature female SD rats were randomly divided into 8 groups. SD rats were administrated with mercury chloride (0.04 mg/kg,0. 20 mg/kg, and 1. 00 mg/kg) and cadmium chloride (0.08 mg/kg,0. 40 mg/kg, and 2. 00 mg/ kg) for three days. The negative and positive control groups were given distilled water and E2 , respectively. The proliferative effects were evaluated by uterotrophic assay, mitotic index(MI) , and argyrophilic nucleolar organizer region-associated proteins (Ag-NORs). Results:High dose mercury chloride and cadmium chloride could stimulate the growth of the uterus of ovariectomized SD rats, and there were significantly different compared with that of negative control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The MI in the three groups treated with mercury chloride and two groups ( middle and high dose) treated with cadmium chloride were higher than that of negative control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The means of Ag-NORs in the groups treated with high dose mercury chloride and cadmium chloride were higher than that of negative control group( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Mercury chloride and cadmium chloride have the estrogen-like effects in vivo.
